It really helps to know the other team players.
Very well organized fluid movement from different exercises.

insight into others to know them better.

If you could change anything about this workshop what would you do
differently?
- Do it more often.
- More physical activities if it is that cold again.
- More usage of individual and group ideas about improvements.
- Warmer room.

- Communication issues
- Learned more about each person.

- The responsibilities and skills of everyone.
- Team Building steps and categories. Evaluation of a group conditions.

- Knowledge of co-workers.
- The relationship of teams and team making.
- That members of our team want more information.
- The little details about everyone else.
- A better sense of role - what I can facilitate.
- Knowing my team members.
- I met some people as people for the first time - before they were just
co-workers to me.
